Do you visit the site before quoting?

For CCTV, alarm, access control and EPABX work, yes — the specification depends on the building, so we survey first and quote afterwards. For products bought off the shelf, such as a laptop or printer, you can simply call or come in.

Can I get a quotation over the phone?

For a straightforward product, yes. For an installation we would rather see the site than guess at it, because a quotation given blind is usually either padded or short — and neither is useful to you.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes, for CCTV, printers and other installed systems, including equipment supplied by someone else. Call us with the details of what you are running and we will tell you what a contract would cover.
